Privacy

This site is run by Hatstep Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. The data controller is Mike Hamilton. Questions to hello@hatstep.com.

What's collected

• Enquiry form and assessment: the details you type (name, email, company, role, message, answers) and any roadmap or strategy you choose to share. Stored in a private Google Sheet and my inbox, read only by me, used only to reply to you with the analysis, never used to train anything, and deleted on request or after two years.
• Booking: handled by Google Calendar appointment schedules under Google's privacy policy; the booking goes into my calendar and you get the invite.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. It tells me which pages are read, not who read them.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile on the form, which checks that you're not a bot without a puzzle.

What isn't

No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of your details.

Your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to the ICO. Email hello@hatstep.com and I'll sort it within a week.
