For
Founders and CEOs whose roadmap has grown faster than their confidence in it

Most roadmaps don’t fail because the ideas are bad. They fail because there are too many of them and nobody has said no. The reset is two weeks of saying no, with reasons, so that the team can move.

Signs you need this

  • Engineering is busy, but nobody is sure the activity is heading somewhere.
  • The roadmap is a list of requests, not a set of bets.
  • Every stakeholder has a different top priority and all of them are on the plan.
  • You're about to raise, or report to a board, and need a plan that holds up to questions.
  • You've just added AI to the roadmap and aren't sure where it belongs.

Not for you if

  • You want validation of the current plan rather than a review of it.
  • There's no roadmap at all yet. Start with the free assessment.

What you get

  • Interviews with you, the leadership team and the people who actually build the product.
  • A review of the roadmap, backlog, metrics and the specs engineering is working from.
  • The roadmap cut to a small set of outcomes, with what's been dropped and why.
  • A written readout and a 90-minute session to work through it, written so you can hand it to a board or investor.
  • Optional AI module: where AI fits in your product and what to build first.

How it works

  1. Week 1: interviews, artefact review, a first cut of the outcomes.
  2. Week 2: pressure-test the cut with the team, write the readout, present it.
  3. After: half the sprint fee is credited against your first month if you keep me on fractionally to execute it.

Questions people ask

What do I get at the end?
A written readout of around ten pages and a session to go through it. It names the outcomes, what's cut, the risks, and the next three months of work.
Who needs to be involved?
You, your engineering lead, and whoever else makes product calls. Around six to eight hours of their time across the two weeks.
Can you do this for a board or an investor rather than the founder?
Yes. That version is called Product Due Diligence and is written for an investment committee or a 100-day plan.
What is the AI module?
A look at where AI genuinely belongs in your product, what's hype, and the first thing worth building. It adds a few days and is priced on the call.
